While I readily admit that this in no way holds a candle to it’s inspiration, Booker T’s Green Onions, it is our Georgia boy version of the same type of vibe anyway. JTk Does Production Music

Hey Now, just a quick post to say that some of my music has been featured in a Documentary:

I am listed as copacetix as that is the website I had at the time I created the music ( but at least the link is point to imjtk.com , but “Tonya” ended up being “Jack Rickard’s Theme” and as the producers said:

The song “Amelio” really sets the tone for the work; it’s the one that plays the first time you see Tom Jennings. It was the first one I edited in, and I thought “wow, that really does change the tone”. And I really liked the tone.

Of course you can use this music too if you want, as they are creative commons licensed.

A wise man once told me that “rock n roll is not suppose to be smart or clever” – once you over think it it becomes jazz, or even worse Emmerson, Lake, and Palmer…

The Realm

Back in the day we found this great piece of public domain acapella speech called the realm and decided that we had to put some music under it so we did, and being the creative geniuses that we are we decided to call it, well, The Realm.

It is a little dated and the sound quality is less the optimal but you are free to use it however you would like as long as you respect the creative commons license and link back to Doc5 if you do use it. And, we have no idea where we got the initial vocal track – so if it is you – or you know who it is, please let us know so that we can provide the appropriate credit.

Me Fake Jamaican Accent

This track is sort of a sped up, Elvis C inspired, white boy version of a reggae song. I couldn’t really try and do a authentic reggae track.

I am not even sure I can pull off the de Blanc version, but here it is, use it in good health, but respect the creative commons license.

As JTk continues to go through the binary flotsam and jetsam that is the JTk digital vault of audio visual mouseterpieces he continues to find little jems that may only be of interest to us – but we always decide to post them anyway.

This MP3 is no different, JTk’s always called it Slush Fund and originally it was created as a goof, JTk and the ninja were gonna have an imaginary band called Slush Fund that we would pretend existed on the wide world intertubes – sort of like LonelyGirl, but way back in 2000….

Back when I had “free time” I spent some of it making production type music. At one point I had made a bunch of happy, pretty music and then I heard this car commercial with these big bad ass guitars and I wanted to make something like that.

This is what I came up with, feel free to use it if you want, however you want, as long as you respect the creative commons license.

Questionable Sushi Free Production Music MP3

Once upon a time JTk made this Eastern or oriental sounding mp3 that he was going to use for a specific project that of course never came to fruition.

I always liked this mp3 so I thought that I would offer it to the world on in case anyone else wanted to use it. If you have a media type project that needs a particular oriental background sound, check it out.
