Here are the main reasons that I’ll use James again: He did a good clean design. He set a timeline and stuck to it. He always responded to emails promptly. He offered an opinion on mock changes I wanted but also accepted my changes. He gladly and promptly made small alterations after launch.

All pretty simple things, but hard to find in one designer.
